Roadmap In design
Observed
Observed is the third and strongest evidence tier in the evidence model: runtime instrumentation confirming that a control executed in a real production deployment, tied to a specific commit — evidence generated from actual behavior, not developer intent or test coverage.
Declared and Verified have both shipped. Observed is the one tier still in design, and it’s where our attention is now. Runtime instrumentation raises real questions — performance overhead, and how to extend “never read source, never execute your production code” to something watching production — that we’re working through with design partners.
We’ll publish a full spec here, the same way we did for Verified, once the design settles.
