Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Codevidence website at
codevidence.com. By using the site, you agree to them.
Informational, pre-launch site
Codevidence is in development. This website exists to describe what we are building and to let interested teams join a design-partner program. Browsing it does not create any service agreement, subscription, or commercial relationship between you and Codevidence. If you become a Codevidence customer, your use of the product itself is governed by a separate services agreement and data processing agreement, not this page. Product and roadmap descriptions anywhere on this site, including feature-availability labels, are statements of intent and may change.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codevidence is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
Intellectual property
The Codevidence name, logo, wordmark, and the text, graphics, and design of this site are the property of Codevidence and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may link to the site and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not copy, reuse, or adapt the branding or substantial portions of the content without written permission.
External links
The site may link to third-party pages that we do not control and are not responsible for.
Changes
We may update these terms as Codevidence develops. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
